Symbolically Sacred

How can I contain myself?

When she is the one

That fills me with undying ambition.

For when I look for love, 

And the acts of such joy

She is all that I see. 

So In a sense she has stolen my eyes,

And my words are no more than 

A reflection of her beauty.

I wonder,

Is it wrong to care 

For someone that is yet to be yours, 

While holding them symbolically sacred 

In this fragile world of vanity. 

Maybe its just foolish,

But to be honest 

I care not of such moral matters.

For once she became a spark 

In the eyes of an artist; 

Forever shall she remain 

A flame in his soul.
